Scuba Diving
(SCUBA - self-contained underwater breathing apparatus)
70% of the surface of the Earth is covered by water and surely the seas, oceans and caves have something amazing to show us – once you are underwater you will meet easy moving, barely breathing creatures of all colors and sizes. Diving is a great way to share beautiful experience with other people and it creates very strong connections. Divers usually travel a lot as they need to reach faraway lands to be able to see the whole diversity of the underwater world – once you dive in the Red Sea, around the Great Coral Reef or in the Caribbean Sea you will not regret it!
No matter whether you plan to scuba dive or cave dive, you do need to attend a course beforehand. Organizations such as PADI, NAUI and SSI give you the certificate that you need even if you want to hire diving equipment. Professional instructors, cave divers and sea biologists teach you the basics in physics, anatomy and first aid and introduce to you the equipment you need: breathing mask, Aqua-Lung, flippers, neoprene, light, etc.
