Freerun_Parkour

Choose a starting point. Stand still. Draw an imaginary line straight in front of you. Run. It doesn’t matter what obstacles stand in front of you. Climb. Jump. Leap. Vault over. Be creative.. and reasonably fearless. Feel the adrenalin rush!
But do not forget – falls hurt and bones break. Therefore be well prepared for this unique challenge. Even the best ones train in the hall in early spring before they go for the real thing. And keep in mind that a flying somersault does need a lot of hours of practice and training. In short – freerun (or else Parkour) is quite a dangerous activity and does not count to the ones that you can just go out and practice. This is what makes it so unique.
So we advise you – before you go for the beautiful moves and risky acrobatics – buy protectors and helmets, think before you jump, and train, train, train!
